I don't know exactly what a prayer is.
I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down
into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,
how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,
which is what I have been doing all day.
Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
this precious life

Avocado — come home to yourself.
There are moments when you feel clear. Connected to what matters. You see yourself and your life with compassion and honesty.
And then, slowly or suddenly, you forget.
The insight from therapy fades. The realizations on retreat wane. The promise you made to yourself slips away, precisely when you need it most.
Avocado is a guide that brings you back to presence. It reflects your own values back to you, helps you stay in flow, and gently reconnects you to yourself, to the people who love you, and to your highest self.
Avocado is not a therapist or a coach. It will not try to fix you or optimize you. It is not a replacement for the people who love you, or for the hard work of being human. It is simply a way to remember what you already know, and to hear it again when you need it most.
Avocado meets you through what you share — voice memos, reflections, the questions that keep you up. When you forget who you are, it invites you back home.
